Home / Lake Worth Beach
DAS Tree Service trims and removes trees in Lake Worth Beach. We work at homes, businesses, and condominiums. Estimates are free.
Lake Worth Beach has a downtown on the mainland and a beach on the Atlantic Ocean. In the older neighborhoods, trees grow close to roofs, fences, and power lines.
We use a bucket truck when a tree is not safe to climb. We lower the limbs with care when a roof or a fence is below.
These rules come from the City of Lake Worth Beach. We give the source for each rule.
The city code says that a permit is required to remove a tree.
Ask the city about the permit before you book the work.
The city code says that hatracking is expressly prohibited. Hatracking means that the side branches and the canopy are cut back hard.
The code uses the ANSI A300 standard for tree care.
The city has a 4 and 50 rule. Cut limbs, branches, logs, and palm fronds into pieces of 4 feet or shorter, and 50 pounds or lighter. A pile can be up to 4 cubic yards.
The city says that debris from tree removal cannot go to the curb. On our jobs we haul it away.
The Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County says to do all major cutting and tree removal from December 1 through April 30.
After a storm watch or a storm warning is issued, do not trim. The crews cannot collect the extra branches before the storm arrives.
We read these rules in September 2026. Rules change. Confirm with the City of Lake Worth Beach before work starts.
We handle every part of the job, from the first cut to the cleanup.
We trim, thin, and shape trees. Regular trimming keeps a tree healthy and keeps branches away from your roof.
We remove dead trees, damaged trees, and trees you do not want. This includes exotic and invasive trees.
We take out the stump after the tree is down. We grind it below ground level so you can plant grass or a new tree there.
Dead branches fall without warning. We remove the branches that hang over roofs, driveways, and walkways.
A thick canopy catches more wind in a storm. We thin the canopy so wind passes through the tree.
We use a bucket truck for tall palms and oaks. The truck reaches heights that are not safe to climb.
After a storm we clear fallen trees and broken branches. We also remove limbs that are hanging over your roof.
We care for the trees on your property on a regular schedule. This keeps the trees healthy year after year.
Heavy branches and thick canopies catch the most wind in a storm. Trimming before a storm lowers the risk to your roof, your car, and your fence. We also clear fallen trees and branches after a storm.
